Story

***No White Flags November - Run MND Virtual Challenge***

How to take part in the challenge:

- Click the link and ‘join the team’. Make sure you ‘join an existing event’ and search for Run MND.

- Make a donation. We know times are tough but any donation (big or small) is much appreciated.

- Encourage family and friends to join the challenge! The more the merrier and it’s always great to have someone to walk/run with (socially distant of course).

- Encourage your friends and family to sponsor you.

- Run or walk either 25km, 50km, or 100km throughout the month of November. Or set your own goal. The choice is yours!

- Track your walks/runs with your favourite app such as Runkeeper, Strava, Garmin, etc.

- Take a picture showing that you’ve completed your virtual walk/run(s) and post to social media using the hashtag #runmnd #endmnd and tag us on Facebook/Instagram.

- Complete the event and feel like an absolute legend that you’ve made a real difference in beating the beast that is MND.

**Note - funds already raised this year ($17k) are being held for next years physical run - Run MND 2021.**
